The Cocktail Hour - Watermelon Daiquiri



Its been so warm here lately that Mr Kitten and I have been sitting in the garden drinking Watermelon Daquiris. They are perfect on a hot day as this recipe uses frozen watermelon



Chop the watermelon into 2" cubes and store in a bag in the freezer. Its also an ideal way of using up leftover melon and you can have a Daquiri within a few minutes



Ingredients
100ml Bacardi
Juice of a large lime
1 rounded tablespoon sugar
Approx 1o cubes of watermelon



Put all of the ingredients in a blender and whizz together



Serves 2



It tastes like an alcoholic slush puppy
