Its Friday night, so ladies you know what that means, its The Cocktail Hour in the kittens household. So come on over and let me fix you a drink!. As its been a really warm day today, I thought we should have a simple but delicious and very feminine cocktail that I have named 'Summer Breeze'.....
It only has two ingredients and they are Elderflower Cordial and Champagne. I used a bottled organic cordial, but if you have fresh elderflower cordial then that is fab! All you do is pour a measure (or to taste) of Elderflower Cordial and top up with chilled Champagne. Serve with strawberries and sit out in the garden (no men allowed) on a warm evening and watch the sun go down!.....
