Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
3 tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose Flour
3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Directions.....
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 degrees Centrigade. In a large bowl, cream together the Peanut Butter, Butter, White Sugar and Brown Sugar until well blended. Beat in the Egg, Milk and Vanilla Extract one at a time. Combine the Flour, Baking Powder and Salt. Stir into the creamed mixture. Roll Tablespoonfuls of dough into balls. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking trays. Press each ball gently with a fork. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are lightly browned.....
